Muchas gracias por compartir la receta de la salsa de la salsa mexicana. Le cito el comentario del Dr. Mehmet Oz en su artículo titulado What to eat now The  Anti-Food - Snob Diet en la revista TIME, Dec. 3, 2012.  &quot;Snack food are a different kind of peril, but if there&#039;s one thing American have goten right, it&#039;s their surpraissing love of salsa. 
Year after year it ranks near the top of their favorite snack foods, specially during football season. I think salsa is a spectacular food because it&#039;s a almost always made of nothing more than tomatoes, onions and cilantro and usually has no preservatives. And remember, those tomatoes contain  lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that helps battel disease and inflammation.
Another great Mexican staple  is guacamole.  Its principal ingredient is, of course, avocados, which are loaded with the happiest fats: the unsatured kind that help prevent heart disaease. They are also rich in vitaminin K (over 50% of your recomended daily intake form just half an avocado) and vitamin C But keep portions in check to hold the line on both calories and sodium&quot;

Me pareció importante referirle el comentario, cuando se trata de un artículo que crea opinión pública global, se refiere  a la conquista de uno de los mercados  más grandes y cosmopolitas del mundo con la salsa mexicana.
