Hello my readers,
Today I want to share with you a beautiful experience that happened at Jasper, Alberta. The night of the 8 of March, Saturday night I have the wonderful experience to be in a sophisticate masquerade ball, with many people and characters, from out of the ordinary with a 5 course dinner, cook by the Chef’s of the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.
The main purpose of this event was to obtain money for the charity program from the Rotary Club Jasper and also celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Marmot Basin. Such a wonderful night I spend with my family and friends. The dinner was good as I expected, I am going to share the menu with you:
Roasted Wild Mushroom Soup
Roasted Organic Red Beets & Quinoa Salad
Granite (bitter orange & cucumber sorbet)
Seared Filet of Beef Tenderloin
Salted Chocolate & Caramel Tart
The night was magical, with an amazing environment and good music from a local band from Prince George, BC. This is the second time that the Rotary Club set the Masquerade Ball, and they did a good job. Congratulations Rotary Club and Marmot Basin for this beautiful night full of magic.
